An investigational, patient-specific **autologous dendritic cell cancer vaccine** developed by the University of Louisville for relapsed pediatric neuroblastoma and sarcomas. The product is generated from each patient's dendritic cells and pulsed ex vivo with overlapping peptide pools derived from the cancer-testis antigens MAGE-A1, MAGE-A3, and NY-ESO-1. After administration, the antigen-loaded dendritic cells are intended to prime or expand tumor-antigen-specific T-cell responses against tumor cells expressing these antigens. It was evaluated after decitabine pretreatment, which was administered separately to increase cancer-testis antigen expression; decitabine is not a component of the vaccine product.
