Autologous dual-target CAR-T cell therapy is an experimental cellular immunotherapy developed by Beijing Biotech (Beijing Immunochina) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. This therapy utilizes a biomarker-guided approach where a patient's tumor is screened for specific antigens, and the most appropriate dual-target CAR-T construct is selected from a predefined library. By targeting two tumor-associated antigens simultaneously, the therapy aims to enhance tumor specificity, overcome antigen heterogeneity, and mitigate the risk of antigen escape, which are common challenges in treating solid malignancies with single-target CAR-T cells. The treatment involves lymphodepletion with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide followed by a single infusion of the engineered T cells.
