Overview

Autologous endometrial functional cells exosome is an experimental cell-free regenerative therapy being investigated for the treatment of thin endometrium and intrauterine adhesions (Asherman's syndrome). The therapy involves isolating functional cells, typically mesenchymal stem cells (EnMSCs), from a patient's own endometrial tissue, culturing them to collect secreted extracellular vesicles (exosomes), and then administering these exosomes back to the patient via intrauterine infusion. These exosomes carry a bioactive cargo of miRNAs, proteins, and growth factors that promote endometrial cell proliferation, stimulate angiogenesis, and modulate the local inflammatory environment to facilitate tissue repair and improve uterine receptivity for embryo implantation.
