Overview

BioCytics' Autologous Ex-Vivo Lymph Node is an investigational adoptive cell therapy being developed for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy involves the point-of-care collection of autologous lymph node cells, which are then expanded and formulated ex-vivo using a proprietary culture system. This approach leverages the intrinsic specificity of the patient's own immune cells to target tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) and mutated tumor peptides without the need for genetic engineering or chimeric antigen receptors (CARs). By expanding these naturally occurring tumor-reactive cells, the therapy aims to reinvigorate the immune response against a broad range of tumor antigens. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
