Autologous fat-derived stromal vascular fraction (SVF) is a heterogeneous cellular concentrate obtained from a patient's own adipose tissue, typically through liposuction followed by enzymatic digestion or mechanical dissociation. This cell population includes mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs), endothelial progenitor cells, pericytes, fibroblasts, and various immune cells such as macrophages and T cells. SVF is utilized in regenerative medicine for its ability to modulate inflammation, promote angiogenesis, and support tissue repair through the secretion of various paracrine factors and direct cellular interactions.
