Autologous Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell-derived Dopamine Progenitor Cells (ICA07) is a cell therapy product developed using induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC). The therapy involves generating autologous iPSCs from the patient and differentiating them into dopamine progenitor cells. These cells are then transplanted into the brain via stereotactic intracerebral injection with the aim of replacing lost dopaminergic neurons and improving motor function in patients with Parkinson's disease.
