Overview

Autologous Multi-lineage Potential Cells (AMPC) are a cell therapy product consisting of stem-like cells isolated from a patient's own peripheral blood. Developed by Lai Corporation, these cells are characterized by their ability to differentiate into various cell types, a property known as multi-lineage potential. In the context of hematological oncology, specifically relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML), AMPCs are being investigated for their potential to reconstitute or modulate the immune system and provide therapeutic benefit. The cells are harvested from the patient, processed, and then re-administered as an autologous transplant to evaluate safety and clinical response in advanced leukemia cases.
