Overview

Autologous nano-fat is a liquid emulsion derived from a patient's own adipose tissue through a process of mechanical emulsification and filtration. Unlike traditional fat grafting, which focuses on volume replacement using intact adipocytes, the nano-fat process breaks down mature fat cells to create a fine, injectable substance rich in the stromal vascular fraction (SVF). This fraction contains a high concentration of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), endothelial progenitor cells, and regenerative growth factors such as VEGF and TGF-beta. Nano-fat is primarily used for its regenerative and trophic effects, promoting angiogenesis, tissue repair, and collagen production. It is currently being investigated for a variety of clinical applications, including the treatment of chronic diabetic foot ulcers, androgenetic alopecia, musculoskeletal conditions, and aesthetic skin rejuvenation.
