Autologous nanofat injection is a biological therapy derived from the patient's own adipose tissue. The preparation process involves harvesting fat via liposuction, followed by mechanical emulsification and filtration to remove mature adipocytes while preserving the stromal vascular fraction (SVF). This resulting "nanofat" is a liquid suspension rich in adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), growth factors, and extracellular matrix components. Unlike traditional fat grafting, which is primarily used for volume restoration, nanofat is utilized for its regenerative and skin-rejuvenating properties. It is typically administered via intradermal or subdermal injection to treat conditions such as atrophic scars, skin aging, and hyperpigmentation by promoting collagen synthesis, angiogenesis, and tissue remodeling.
