Overview

T60c is an autologous cell therapy consisting of PD-1-positive T cells that have been genetically modified to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting TROP2 (trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2). TROP2 is a protein that is overexpressed in various solid tumors and associated with enhanced tumor aggressiveness, metastasis, drug resistance, and increased tumor cell survival. T60c is being investigated for the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors.
