Autologous Tumor Antigens (ATA) is an autologous cell-derived immune therapy developed by the Research Genetic Cancer Centre Group (RGCC). The therapy utilizes cellular fragments derived from a patient's own dying tumor cells or circulating tumor cells (CTCs), including tumor proteins, membranes, organelles, RNA, and DNA. By presenting these patient-specific antigens to the immune system, ATA aims to enhance immune recognition and support the body's natural anti-tumor response. It is primarily intended for use in cancer patients to bolster immune system function against malignant cells.
