Overview

Autologous tumor infiltrating lymphocytes C-TIL052A is a cell therapy product consisting of T cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, or TILs) that are isolated from a patient's own resected tumor tissue and expanded ex vivo. These T cells are then infused back into the patient to target and kill cancer cells. The therapy leverages the natural ability of TILs to recognize and attack tumor-specific antigens, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. It is being developed primarily for advanced cervical cancer and other solid tumors[1][3][4][5][6]. The product has been evaluated in early-phase clinical trials for safety and anti-tumor activity.
