Overview

GT101 is an investigational cell therapy consisting of autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) that are isolated from a patient's own tumor, expanded ex vivo, and then reinfused into the patient following a preparative lymphodepletion regimen and high-dose interleukin-2 (IL-2) administration. The infused TILs specifically recognize and kill the patient's tumor cells. In phase 1 clinical studies, GT101 demonstrated a manageable safety profile and encouraging clinical activity in patients with heavily pretreated advanced or metastatic solid tumors, particularly cervical cancer[1][2]. The therapy is being evaluated for its ability to induce objective responses in various solid tumors. Developed by: Suzhou Gravel Biotechnology
