AVC-101

**AVC-101** is an investigational, autologous, two-component CD123-directed universal switchable CAR-T therapy developed by AvenCell for CD123-positive hematologic malignancies, principally relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia. It comprises a single infusion of genetically modified universal CAR-T cells, UniCAR02-T, plus continuous intravenous administration of TM123, a soluble recombinant CD123-targeting module. TM123 bridges the universal CAR-T cells to CD123-expressing malignant cells, activating CAR-T-cell cytotoxicity; interruption of TM123 infusion is intended to rapidly turn off CAR-T activity because of the targeting module's short pharmacokinetic half-life.
