Overview

**AVC-203** is an investigational, off-the-shelf allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy developed by AvenCell Therapeutics for relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies. Healthy-donor T cells are engineered ex vivo using CRISPR/Cas9 to reduce graft-versus-host disease and evade host immune rejection, then equipped with a dimerized, switchable CAR construct that recognizes both CD19 and CD20 on malignant B cells. The product incorporates AvenCell's RevCAR switchable-receptor technology, which is intended to enable future expansion to additional tumor antigens through bridging proteins. AVC-203 is wholly owned by AvenCell and uses proprietary allogeneic cell-engineering technology licensed from Intellia Therapeutics.
