Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AVC-S-101 is a preclinical, multifunctional monoclonal antibody developed by Avidicure. It is the lead product in the company’s “AVC-Booster” platform and is designed as a dual agonistic antibody targeting Trop-2 (tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2). The drug aims to deliver targeted and potent monotherapy for cancer by harnessing both innate and adaptive immune responses. Its mechanism of action involves acting as an agonist at Trop-2, with the goal of mobilizing strong immunological responses specifically within tumors while reducing toxicity risk. The primary indications under development include non-small cell lung cancer, bladder cancer, endometrial carcinoma, head and neck neoplasms, as well as other solid tumors[1][3][7][9].
