Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AVC-S-102 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Avidicure for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and head and neck (H&N) cancers. It targets the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), a protein frequently overexpressed in these malignancies. By binding to EGFR, AVC-S-102 delivers a cytotoxic payload directly into the tumor cells, aiming to maximize therapeutic efficacy while minimizing systemic toxicity. As of late 2025, the program is in the IND-enabling stage of development.
