Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AVC-S-201 is a preclinical-stage, triple-agonistic monoclonal antibody (Actibody) developed by Avidicure for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other hematologic and solid tumors. Built on a human IgG scaffold, the Actibody platform genetically fuses two proprietary domains to provide three essential signals for immune activation: primary activation (Signal 1), co-stimulation (Signal 2), and cytokine signaling (Signal 3). This multifunctional modality is designed to be functional only within the immunological synapse between immune cells (specifically γδ T cells) and target cancer cells, thereby minimizing systemic toxicity while maximizing local immune response.
