Agonism of OX40 promotes T cell proliferation, survival, and cytokine production, augmenting anti-tumor immunity. This combination is under clinical investigation primarily in advanced and metastatic cancers, including triple-negative breast cancer, leveraging complementary mechanisms in immune checkpoint inhibition (avelumab), innate immune activation (CMP-001), and T cell co-stimulation (PF-04518600)[8].
