Avelumab + PD-0360324 is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies: avelumab, an anti–PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1) antibody, and PD-0360324, a fully human immunoglobulin G2 monoclonal antibody that targets macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF).
