AVI-525B is a preclinical **bispecific therapeutic antibody** being developed by **AbVision** using its SpeedyAb technology platform for oncology. The molecule is described as an **anti-CD47 bispecific antibody** paired with a **T cell checkpoint inhibitor** arm, designed to enhance anti-tumor immunity by blocking the CD47 \"don't eat me\" signal on tumor cells and thereby promoting macrophage-mediated phagocytosis while also modulating T-cell checkpoint biology.
