Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AVID-37Rx is an engineered oncolytic adenovirus developed by AdCure Bio for the systemic treatment of residual disease in solid cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). As an oncolytic virus therapy, it is designed to selectively infect and lyse tumor cells. Unlike many oncolytic viruses that require intratumoral injection, AVID-37Rx is intended for intravenous administration, allowing it to target disseminated residual disease following primary treatment. It is currently in the preclinical discovery phase.
