Overview

AVL-103 is a bivalent mRNA-based therapeutic vaccine being developed by Beijing Xunsheng Biomedical Research (Aeonvital) for the treatment of genital warts (condylomata acuminata) and respiratory papillomatosis. The vaccine is designed to target human papillomavirus (HPV) types associated with these conditions. Administered via intramuscular injection, AVL-103 is intended to induce robust immune responses against HPV antigens to clear persistent infections and treat associated lesions. It is currently in preclinical development, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application expected in 2027.
