Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AVM0703 is an immunomodulatory small molecule drug developed by AVM Biotechnology. It is designed to treat various types of lymphoma and leukemia by mobilizing immune cells such as natural killer T-cells, gamma delta T cells, and dendritic cells to target and destroy tumors. AVM0703 has shown potential in reducing the need for chemotherapy and is being explored for its ability to precondition patients for CAR-T cell therapy. It is currently in Phase 2 trials for relapsed/refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
