AVO-103 is an investigational *in vivo* T-cell receptor (TCR) therapy being developed by AAVivo for the treatment of NY-ESO-1-positive malignancies. The therapy utilizes AAVivo's proprietary AAVTCeT capsid platform, which employs a targeted adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector to deliver a transgene encoding an NY-ESO-1-specific TCR directly into a patient's T cells *in vivo*. By reprogramming T cells within the body to recognize the New York esophageal squamous cell carcinoma 1 (NY-ESO-1) antigen, AVO-103 aims to eliminate tumor cells in both solid tumors and hematological cancers without the need for complex *ex vivo* cell manufacturing. The program is currently in preclinical development, with potential applications in synovial sarcoma, melanoma, lung cancer, and multiple myeloma.
