Overview
AX-001 is an orally bioavailable small molecule prodrug of selenastatin developed by Axelyf. It specifically targets Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1 (RIPK1), a critical enzyme that mediates necroptosis and pro-inflammatory signaling pathways.
