AX-023

AX-023 is an investigational bispecific monoclonal antibody being developed by Beijing Anxin Huaide Biotechnology for the treatment of various hematologic malignancies. It is designed as a T-cell engager that simultaneously targets CD38, a glycoprotein highly expressed on the surface of multiple myeloma cells and certain lymphoma cells, and the CD3 epsilon subunit of the T-cell receptor complex. By bridging these two targets, AX-023 facilitates the recruitment and activation of cytotoxic T-cells to specifically eliminate CD38-positive malignant cells. The drug is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in China to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity in patients with relapsed or refractory lymphoma and multiple myeloma.
