Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AX-LAH3 MAb is a monoclonal antibody developed by iQur using its virus-like particle (VLP) platform technology. It is designed to target the long alpha helix 3 (LAH3) region of the HA2 subunit within the stalk domain of the H3 hemagglutinin of Influenza A virus. AX-LAH3 MAb acts as a universal antibody that recognizes all strains within the H3 subtype variants. Rather than being developed as a clinical therapeutic, the antibody has been made available as a research tool and diagnostic reagent through the NIH-associated BEI Resources repository (catalog number NR-50513) managed by ATCC.
