Overview

AXA1957 is a novel, orally administered endogenous metabolic modulator (EMM) composition specifically designed to simultaneously support metabolic, inflammatory, and fibrotic pathways associated with liver health. It was developed as a potential therapeutic for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Clinical studies showed it could reduce markers of metabolism (MRI-PDFF), inflammation (ALT, CK-18, cT1), and fibrogenesis (proC3).
