AXPAXLI is an investigational bioresorbable hydrogel implant incorporating axitinib, a small molecule, multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor with anti-angiogenic properties. It utilizes Ocular Therapeutix's proprietary ELUTYX bioresorbable hydrogel-based formulation technology for sustained drug delivery.
