Overview

Axl CAB-CAR-T is a conditionally active biologic (CAB) CAR-T cell therapy developed through a collaboration between BioAtla and F1 Oncology. It is designed to target the Axl receptor tyrosine kinase and is engineered to be active only within the tumor microenvironment. This conditional activity aims to reduce off-target toxicities, making it a potentially safer treatment for cancers such as metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
