Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Axolotl Ambient is an ambient-temperature, human amniotic fluid-derived allograft developed by Axolotl Biologix. It is designed for use in regenerative medicine, particularly for orthopedic and soft tissue applications. The product is processed using a proprietary method that allows it to be stored at room temperature while maintaining a high concentration of biologically active components, including growth factors, cytokines, and extracellular matrix proteins. These components are intended to modulate the inflammatory response, reduce pain, and promote tissue repair and regeneration. Axolotl Ambient has been investigated in clinical trials for the treatment of pain and dysfunction associated with ankle osteoarthritis via intra-articular injection.
