Overview

Azacitidine + selinexor + CHOP is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of treatment-naive peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), specifically targeting patients with TP53 mutations. This regimen integrates two targeted small-molecule agents—azacitidine, a hypomethylating agent that acts as an epigenetic primer, and selinexor, a selective inhibitor of nuclear export (SINE) that targets XPO1—with the standard-of-care CHOP chemotherapy backbone (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone). The combination is part of a precision medicine approach where treatment is guided by the patient's genetic subtype. It is currently being studied in a Phase I/II clinical trial sponsored by Ruijin Hospital.
