AZD0901 + chemotherapy refers to the combination of **AZD0901**, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) on tumor cells, with one or more chemotherapeutic agents. AZD0901 is composed of a humanized anti-CLDN18.2 IgG1 antibody conjugated via a protease-cleavable linker to monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), a cytotoxic microtubule inhibitor. The drug's mechanism includes targeted cytotoxic delivery, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).
