AZD4512 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets CD22, a protein expressed on the surface of B cells. It is under investigation as a treatment for relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), including Philadelphia chromosome positive (Ph[+]) and negative (Ph[–]) subtypes, as well as for patients with measurable residual disease after failing or relapsing following standard therapies.
