AZD5335 + AZD9574

AZD5335 + AZD9574 is an investigational combination therapy for advanced solid tumors, currently in phase I/IIa clinical studies. AZD5335 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), while AZD9574 is an oral small molecule and highly selective PARP1 inhibitor with strong central nervous system penetration. The combination is designed to leverage targeted drug delivery (via the ADC) and potent inhibition of DNA repair mechanisms (via PARP1 inhibition), aiming to increase cancer cell death while minimizing harm to healthy cells.
