Overview

AZD6750 is an investigational recombinant interleukin-2 (IL-2) immunotherapy agent engineered to selectively target and activate CD8-positive T cells through CD8-guided activity. It is developed as an anti-cancer therapy, currently studied for use as a single agent and in combination with rilvegostomig in adults with select advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Its primary action is enhancing anti-tumor immune responses, leveraging selective delivery to CD8+ cells to boost cytotoxic T cell activity against cancer, while potentially reducing toxicity compared to conventional IL-2 therapies.
