AZD9550 is an investigational dual agonist of the glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor (GLP-1R) and the glucagon receptor (GCGR), developed by AstraZeneca for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH, also known as metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis or MASH) and obesity. It is a new molecular entity administered via subcutaneous or intravenous injection.
