Azirkitug + bevacizumab is an investigational combination of two monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of various solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), and other cancers. **Azirkitug (ABBV-514)** is a fully human monoclonal antibody that acts as a **CCR8 inhibitor**, blocking the C-C motif chemokine receptor 8, which may reduce immunosuppressive regulatory T cell (Treg) function in the tumor microenvironment. **Bevacizumab (Avastin)** is an established recombinant, humanized monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), thereby suppressing angiogenesis required for tumor growth. This combination aims to target both the immune microenvironment and angiogenesis in cancer, and is currently being developed by AbbVie. It is administered intravenously and is being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for a variety of solid malignancies[1][2][3].
