Overview

B 002 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2; also known as ERBB-2 or HER-2). It is designed to act as an antagonist of the ERBB 2 receptor and has potential antineoplastic (anti-cancer) activity. The drug is administered intravenously and was developed by Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding. Its primary indication under investigation has been HER2-positive breast cancer, particularly in metastatic disease settings for patients who have received at least one prior line of therapy[1][2].
