Drug intelligence / Profile preview
B-019 is an autologous bispecific chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by SPH Biotherapeutics. It is engineered to target B-cell malignancies by expressing CARs directed against both CD19 and CD22, which are surface antigens commonly expressed on malignant B cells. The dual targeting aims to overcome antigen-loss relapse associated with single-antigen CAR-T therapies. The drug is in early-stage clinical development for hematological cancers such as B-cell leukemia and B-cell lymphoma.
