Overview

B-3E06 is a recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) biologic candidate being developed by Yifan Pharmaceutical for the treatment of growth hormone deficiency (GHD). Currently in Phase 1 clinical development, B-3E06 is designed to supplement or replace endogenous growth hormone in patients with insufficient levels. The drug functions as an agonist at the growth hormone receptor (GHR), triggering signaling pathways that stimulate the production of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), which in turn promotes linear growth, skeletal development, and metabolic regulation. B-3E06 is part of Yifan's pipeline of biosimilar or bio-better candidates, intended to provide a therapeutic alternative to established somatropin products.
