Overview
B010-A is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting glypican-3 (GPC3), developed for the treatment of GPC3-positive advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. The product modifies the patient’s own T lymphocytes to express a CAR that specifically binds to GPC3, a cell surface protein highly expressed in liver cancer cells, thereby enabling T cell-mediated cytotoxicity against these malignant cells. B010-A is under development by Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding and has reached early Phase 1 clinical evaluation for liver cancer in China[1][2][3][10].
