B2065 is an allogeneic adipose-derived mesenchymal stromal cell (AD-MSC) therapy developed by Tasly Pharmaceutical Group for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. As a cell-based therapeutic, B2065 is designed to be administered via intravenous infusion within a critical 36-hour window following the onset of stroke symptoms. The therapy aims to leverage the immunomodulatory and neuroprotective properties of mesenchymal stromal cells to mitigate secondary brain injury, reduce neuroinflammation, and promote neuroregeneration and functional recovery. It is currently being evaluated in Phase I/IIa clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in stroke patients.
