B2227 is an extended-release injectable suspension of cariprazine, an atypical antipsychotic, developed by Bostal Drug Delivery. It is designed for subcutaneous administration to treat schizophrenia, aiming to provide a long-acting alternative to daily oral cariprazine (Vraylar).
