Drug intelligence / Profile preview
B4t2-100 is an autologous, bispecific chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by Bio4t2 for the treatment of solid cancers. The therapy is engineered to recognize two distinct, undisclosed cell surface antigens simultaneously. This dual-targeting approach is designed to enhance tumor recognition and killing while potentially overcoming tumor heterogeneity and antigen escape, which are significant barriers in treating solid tumors with CAR-T therapies. As of early 2024, B4t2-100 is in the preclinical and pilot trial stages of development.
