B6ADC is a preclinical bispecific nanobody-based antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by the National Institute of Diagnostics and Vaccine Development in Infectious Diseases (Xiamen University). It is designed to simultaneously target Trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (TROP2) and Hepatocyte growth factor receptor (c-Met), which are frequently co-expressed in various solid tumors. The conjugate utilizes a bispecific nanobody to deliver the cytotoxic payload monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) specifically to double-positive tumor cells, thereby enhancing selectivity and potentially reducing off-target toxicity. B6ADC is being investigated for the treatment of pancreatic cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, breast cancer, and colorectal cancer.
