Overview

B7-H3-targeted UCAR-T cell injection is an investigational universal chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (UCAR-T) therapy developed by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University for the treatment of advanced gliomas. The therapy targets B7-H3 (CD276), an immune checkpoint molecule that is highly expressed in various solid tumors, including high-grade gliomas, but has limited expression in normal tissues. As a universal CAR-T product, it is designed for allogeneic use, potentially allowing for off-the-shelf administration to patients without the need for patient-specific cell manufacturing. It is currently being evaluated in early-phase clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with relapsed or refractory high-grade glioma.
