Drug intelligence / Profile preview
B7H3-IL7Ra CAR-T cells are a type of chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy designed to target the B7-H3 antigen, which is overexpressed on various solid tumors. These cells incorporate interleukin-7 receptor alpha (IL7Ra) signaling to enhance T-cell activation and proliferation. The therapy aims to improve the effectiveness of CAR-T cell treatment for solid tumors by maintaining T-cell function and reducing activation-induced cell death. It is being explored for use in cancers such as glioblastoma and diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG).
