Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Ba Zhen Yi Mu Wan is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation produced by Chengde Yushi Jindan Pharmaceutical. It is a multi-herb pill administered orally, primarily used to replenish qi and blood and to regulate menstruation. The formula is indicated for women experiencing qi and blood deficiency, which manifests as general weakness and menstrual disorders. It typically contains a combination of nine herbal ingredients: Herba leonuri (Motherwort), Radix angelicae sinensis (Dang Gui), Radix rehmanniae, Radix paeoniae alba, Radix et rhizoma ginseng, Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, Rhizoma chuanxiong, Poria, and Radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae. As a traditional formulation, it does not have a single defined molecular target but works through the synergistic effects of its constituent herbs.
